O R D E R
Whereas it has been made to appear that Sri P. Ashok, the then DGM (E)
of O&M Dn.II (Retd.) of Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board,
Hyderabad while serving as Deputy General Manager (E), O&M, Dn.II, had check
measured the works which were executed and recorded in violation of codal
rules.
2. Now therefore, sanction is accorded under sub-clause (I) of clause (b) of
sub-rule (2) of Rule 9 of the A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980 to initiate
departmental proceedings against the said Sri P. Ashok, the then DGM (E) of
O&M Dn.II (Retd.) of Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board,
Hyderabad. It is further directed that the said departmental proceedings shall be
conducted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Rule 20 of the Andhra
Pradesh Civil Service (CCA) Rules, 1991.
