ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Metropolitan Commissioner, Hyderabad
Metropolitan Development Authority in the letter second read above, Government
after due consideration in the matter, hereby condone the delay in submitting the
application and permit the Metropolitan Commissioner, Hyderabad Metropolitan
Development Authority, Hyderabad to take further action for appointment of
Sri C. Keerthi Chandra S/o Late Smt. P. Laxmikantha as Junior Assistant in
Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority on compassionate grounds, as per
rules.
2. The Metropolitan Commissioner, Hyderabad Metropolitan Development
Authority, Hyderabad shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly.
