(i) उपरोो कन्द्साइनमेंट का पररवहन, जवजिष्ट माग ग वाडीनार पोटग से नायरा एनिी ररफाइनरी, (सीओटी गेट),
िामनगर, गुिरात तक इस सड़क मागग के िररए होगा-
वाडीनार पोटग से नायरा एनिी ररफाइनरी, (सीओटी गेट), िामनगर (12 दकलोमीटर)।
(ii) लोक जनमागण जवभाग/स्ट्िानीय प्राजधकाररयक/भारतीय राष्ट्रीय रािमागग प्राजधकरण द्वारा जवजभन्न सड़कक के जलए
जवजनर्िष्टग भार प्रजतिंधक का अनुपालन दकया िाएगा और यानक को सड़कक पर लाने स े पहल,े ऐसे प्राजधकाररयक से अनुमजत
ली िाएगी। सुरिा की िजृष्ट स े रैलरक का प्रत्येक प्रचालन राज्य/संघ िाजसत प्रििे /भारतीय राष्ट्रीय रािमाग ग प्राजधकरण के
संिंजधत पररवहन जवभाग द्वारा अनुमोदित दकया िाएगा और उस पर कड़ी जनगरानी रखी िाएगी।
(iii) रांसपोटगर इस तरह के प्रजतिंधक का पालन करेगा िैसा दक राज्य / केंर िाजसत प्रििे सरकार / भारतीय राष्ट्रीय
रािमागग प्राजधकरण इस संिंध में आििे द्वारा जनर्िष्टग कर सकता ह।ै
(iv) रांसपोटगर, यानक को सड़कक पर लाने स े पहल,े दकसी भी वस्ट्त ु िैसे होर्डिंग्स, पोल, साइनिोडग को हटान े के जलए,
रांसजमिन लाइन िंि कराना इत्यादि के जलए, राज्य/संघ राज्य िेत्र सरकार के संिंजधत जवभागक से आवश्यक पूवग अनुमजत
प्राप्त करेगा और इस तरह के प्रजतिंधक का पालन करेगा िसै ा दक राज्य / केंर िाजसत प्रिेि सरकार / भारतीय राष्ट्रीय
रािमागग प्राजधकरण इस संिंध में आिेि द्वारा जवजनर्िष्टग करता ह।ै राज्य/संघ राज्य िेत्र सरकार द्वारा अनुमत, दकसी भी
वस्ट्तु को हटान े और पनु र्वगकास कराने की लागत मेससग जप्रज्म लॉजिजस्ट्टक्स प्राइवेट जलजमटेड द्वारा वहन की िाएगी।
(v) रांसपोटगर िड़े आकार के कागो को िेखते एए, ऐसे यानक की प्रत्येक आवािाही के संिंध में राज्य सरकार/भारतीय
राष्ट्रीय रािमागग प्राजधकरण द्वारा इस संिंध में जनर्िष्टग प्राजधकरण या अजधकारी को कम से कम िस दिन पहले सूचना िगे ा।
ऐसे प्रत्येक गमनागमन के जलए संिंजधत प्राजधकारी द्वारा समय जनधागररत दकया िाना चाजहए।
(vi) यदि ऐसा दकसी राज्य/संघ राज्य िेत्र/भारतीय राष्ट्रीय रािमागग प्राजधकरण के लोक जनमागण जवभाग द्वारा जनिेजित
दकया िाता है, तो लोडेड यानक को उस राज्य/संघ राज्य िेत्र में सड़कक पर पलु क के ऊपर या नीचे से गुिरने की अनुमजत
नहीं िी िाएगी और ऐसे मामलक में आवेिकक को नदियक/नालक को पार करने के जलए अपनी व्यवस्ट्िा स्ट्वयं करनी होगी।
(vii) रांसपोटगर राज्य / केंर िाजसत प्रिेि / भारतीय राष्ट्रीय रािमागग प्राजधकरण या दकसी अन्द्य प्रभाजवत व्यजो को
ऐसी राजि का भुगतान करन े के जलए उत शरिायी होगा िहा ं सड़कक या सड़क संरचनाओं / अन्द्य सड़क उपयोगकतागओं /
व्यजो को प्रत्यि या अप्रत्यि रूप से कोई नुकसान रेलरक की आवािाही के कारण होता ह।ै
(viii) सड़क की लंिाई के साि रेलरक के युग्मन की अनुमजत केवल उपरोो आवािाही के जलए होगी।
(ix) उो यानक का पररवहन, यातायात के सामान्द्य प्रवाह म ेंजिना दकसी िाधा के होना चाजहए।
(x) यान पर खतरे संिंधी सभी झंजडयां और िजत शयां लगी होनी चाजहए, िेहतर यह होगा दक लि े यानक के आगे तिा
पीछे एक-एक यान स्ट्पष्ट रूप स ेयह ििागता एआ चल ेदक भारी लिा एआ यान गुिर रहा ह।ै
(xi) सड़क पर चलने के जलए रैलरक की अजधकतम गजत 5 दक.मी./घटं ा से अजधक नहीं होनी चाजहए।
(xii) रैलरक की संपूण ग चड़ै ाई म ें अगल े एवं जपछल े जहस्ट्स े पर पील े एवं काल े रंग से िेिरा पट्टी िनाई िाएगी और उस
पर राजत्र के समय चलान/े पार्कगग के जलए आगे और पीछे समुजचत रूप स े लाल ित शी होनी चाजहए तिा दिन म ें िकनक ओर
लाल झण्डी लगाई िाएगी, जिससे यान की सही-सही जस्ट्िजत का स्ट्पष्ट रूप से पता चल सके।
(xiii) रांसपोटगर यह सुजनजित करेगा दक उपरोो आवािाही के िौरान उपयोग दकए िान े वाल े सभी यानक के संिंध म ें
रोड टैक्स का भुगतान दकया गया ह,ै दफटनेस प्रमाण पत्र, िीमा कवर (तृतीय पि िीमा सजहत), राष्ट्रीय परजमट और
पीयूसी प्राप्त दकया गया ह।ै
(xiv) रेलरक और प्राइम मूवसग के रेजिस्ट्रीकरण प्रमाणपत्रक में कोई ििलाव नहीं दकया िाएगा क्यकदक वे पहल े से ही आंध्र
प्रिेि, हररयाणा, गुिरात और महाराष्ट्र राज्य में रेजिस्ट्रीकृत ह।ैं
(xv) दकसी यान (यानक) या अन्द्य रेजिस्ट्रीकृत स्ट्वाजमयक से प्राप्त यान (यानक) के भाग स े उत्पन्न होने वाले मुद्दे की जस्ट्िजत
में, रांसपोटगर स्ट्वयं जिम्मेिार होगा।
(xvi) खेप के पररवहन के िौरान उत्पन्न होने वाली दकसी भी प्रकृजत का कोई भी मुद्दा, रांसपोटगर की जिम्मेिारी होगी।

S.O. 4032(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 58 and sub-
Section 3(a) of Section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the Central Government hereby accords
approval for period of six months from the date of issue of this notification for transportation of one
‘Reactor’ and one ‘Product Purge Bin’ from Vadinar Port to Nayara Energy Refinery, (COT Gate),
Jamnagar, Gujarat by road with maximum safe laden weight/Gross Vehicles Weight and dimensions, as
mentioned in the schedule appended hereto.
SCHEDULE
1. M/s PRISM logistics Private Limited is the transporter of M/s Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., for
transportation of one ‘Reactor’ and one ‘Product Purge Bin’ for the aforesaid movement.

5. The above relaxation is subject to the conditions that:-
i. The specific route for transportation of the consignment will be from Vadinar Port to Nayara
Energy Refinery, (COT Gate), Jamnagar, Gujarat by road through-
Vadinar Port to Nayara Energy Refinery, (COT Gate), Jamnagar (12 Kms).
ii. Load restrictions on various roads stipulated by the Public Works Department/Local
Authorities/National Highway Authority of India will be observed and permission of such
authorities will be obtained before the vehicles are put on the roads. Movement of the trailers will
be approved and closely monitored by the concerned road authorities in State/Union
Territory/National Highway Authority of India from safety point of view.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 7
iii. The transporter will observe such restrictions as the State/Union Territory Government/National
Highway Authority of India may by order specify in this behalf.
iv. The transporter will obtain necessary prior permissions from the concerned departments of
the State/Union Territory Government for the removal of any objects like hoardings, poles,
signboards, transmission line shutdown etc. and observe such restrictions as the State/Union
Territory Government/National Highway Authority of India may by order specify in this behalf,
before the vehicles are put on road. Cost of removal and redevelopment of any object permitted by
the State/Union Territory Government shall be borne by the M/s PRISM logistics Private Limited.
v. The transporter will give intimation at least ten days in advance and would need to obtain
permission before commencement of transit, from concerned authority of State or Union Territory
Authorities/National Highway Authority of India en-route, in view of the oversized cargo. For each
such movement, the timing should be prescribed by the concerned authority.
vi. If so directed by the Public works Department of a State/Union Territory/National Highway
Authority of India, the loaded vehicles will not be allowed to pass over or under the bridges on the
roads in that State/Union Territory and in such cases applicants will have to make their own
arrangements to cross the rivers/drains.
vii. The transporter would be liable to pay such amount to the Government of State/Union
Territory/National Highway Authority of India or any other affected person where any damage is
caused to the roads or road structures/other road users/persons directly or indirectly due to the
movement of the trailers.
viii. Coupling of the trailers along the length of the road will be permissible only for above movements.
ix. The said vehicles should be moved without any hindrance to the normal flow of traffic.
x. The vehicles should display all danger flags and lights, the vehicles should be preceded and
followed by a vehicle displaying prominently that a heavy load is passing.
xi. The maximum speed of the trailers for movement on the road shall not exceed 5 km/hr.
xii. The trailers shall be painted for the entire width by yellow and black zebra stripes on the front and
rear sides duly marked for night time driving/parking suitably by red lamps at the front and rear
and red flags on both the sides during day time to indicate the extreme position of the vehicle
clearly.
xiii. The transporter will ensure that road taxes have been paid, fitness certificate, insurance
cover(including Third Party Insurance), National Permit, and PUC have been obtained in respect of
all the vehicles to be utilized during the above movement.
xiv. No change will be made in the Registration Certificates of the Trailers and Prime Movers as they
are already registered in the state of Andhra Pradesh, Haryana, Gujarat and Maharashtra.
xv. In case of issues arising of any vehicle(s) or part of vehicle(s) out sourced from other registered
owners, the transporter shall bear responsibility for the same.
xvi. Any issue of any nature arising during the transportation of subject consignment shall be the
responsibility of the transporter.
