NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 84 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 [Central Act 16 of 2016], the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Karnataka Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017, namely:- RULES 1. Title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Real Estate (Regulation and Development) (Amendment) Rules, 2022. (2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the official Gazette. 2.
