The National Academy of Direct Taxes (NADT), Nagpur, recently organised the
INTAX 2026 Sports Event, marking a vibrant celebration of teamwork, discipline and
sporting excellence. The multi-day event witnessed enthusiastic participation from
Officer Trainees, faculty members and staff, who competed across a wide range of
sporting disciplines, displaying remarkable energy, sportsmanship and camaraderie.
The closing ceremony was presided over by Dr. Sibichen K. Mathew, Director
General, NADT, who congratulated the winners and appreciated all participants for
their dedication and spirited involvement. In his address, he highlighted the
inspiring atmosphere on the sports grounds and appreciated the active participation
of the NADT community, including faculty members and their families. He
commended the organising teams, officials, coaches and support staff for their
tireless efforts in making the event a grand success.
