संिोधन करने के जलए,जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती ह,ै अर्ाात:-
1. (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम राष्ट्रीय जिद्युत योिना अजधसचू ना (संिोधन) जनयम, 2023 ह।ै
(2) य ेरािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत होंगे।
2. राष्ट्रीय जिद्युत योिना अजधसूचना जनयम, 2004 म,ेंजनयम 3 के स्ट्र्ान पर, जनम्नजलजखत को रखा िाएगा, अर्ाात्:-
“3.राष्ट्रीय जिद्यतु योिना प्रारूप की अजधसचू ना.- (1) अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (4) के उपबंधों के
अधीन तैयार की गई राष्ट्रीय जिद्युत योिना का प्रारूप अनुज्ञजप्तधाररयों, उत्पािन कंपजनयों तर्ा साधारण िनतास े
सुझाि और आिेप आमंजत्रत करने के जलए प्राजधकरणकी िेबसाइट पर प्रकाजित दकया िाएगा और इस आिय का
नोरटस कम से कम िो िैजनक समाचार पत्रों में प्रकाजित दकया िाएगा;

G.S.R. 467(E):— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of Section 176 of the
Electricity Act, 2003 (Act 36 of 2003), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, to amend the
National Electricity Plan Notification Rules, 2004, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the National Electricity Plan Notification (Amendment) Rules, 2023.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the National Electricity Plan Notification rules, 2004, for rule 3, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
“3. Notification of draftNational Electricity Plan.- (1) A draft National Electricity Plan prepared under the
provisions of sub-section (4) of Section 3 of the Act shall be published on the website of the Authority for
inviting suggestions and objections of licensees, generating companies and general public and notice to this
effect shall be published in at least two daily newspapers;
(2) For inviting suggestions and objections, a period of sixtydays, from the date of publication of such draft
Plan, shall be provided by the Authority.”
(3) The final National Electricity Plan shall be notified on the website of the Authority.
