(i) क्रम सख्ं या 2 औि उससे संबंवित प्रवववियों के स्थान पि वनम्नवलवखत क्रम संख्या औि प्रवववियां प्रवतस्थावपत की जाएंगी, अथाित:् - “2. अरुणाचल प्रिेि प्रो. सुिांत कू. नायक.”; (ख) उि अविवनयम की िािा 11 की उप-िािा (2) के खडं (घ) के तहत नावमत सदस्यों का ब्यौिा, - 4937 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]

(i) क्रम सख्ं या 7 औि उससे संबंवित प्रवववियों के स्थान पि वनम्नवलवखत क्रम संख्या औि प्रवववियां प्रवतस्थावपत की जाएंगी, अथाित:् - “7. पुडुचेरी प्रो. फणीजत प्रकाि बाबू.”; (ग) उि अविवनयम की िािा 11 की उप-िािा (2) के खंड (ङ) के तहत नावमत सदस्यों का ब्यौिा, -

(i) क्रम सख्ं या 20 औि उससे सबं ंवित प्रवववियों के स्थान पि वनम्नवलवखत क्रम संख्या औि प्रवववियां प्रवतस्थावपत की जाएंगी, अथाित:् - “20 तजिलनाडु वचदकत्सा परिषद डॉ. एस. जिवराि कन्नन.”; [फा.सं. यू.12012/18/2024-एमई-I] ववनोद कोतवाल, अपि सवचव नोट: भाित के िाजपत्र, असािािण म ेंसंख्या का.आ. 3659 (अ), ददनांक 10 अक्टूबि, 2019 द्वािा मूल अविसूचना प्रकावशत की गई थी औि इस ेअंवतम बाि संख्या का.आ. 2474 (अ), ददनांक 3 िून, 2025 द्वािा संशोवित दकया गया था। MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE (Department Of Health And Family Welfare)

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24th July, 2025 S.O. 3387(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019 (30 of 2019), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare number S.O. 3659 (E), dated the 10th October, 2019 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely: - In the said notification, in the table relating to—

(a) details of nominated members under clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 11 of the said Act, —

(i) for serial number 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely: — “2. Arunachal Pradesh Prof. Sushanta Kr. Nayak”;

(b) details of nominated members under clause (d) of sub-section (2) of section 11 of the said Act, —

(i) for serial number 7 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely: — “7. Puducherry Prof. Phanithi Prakash Babu”;

(c) details of nominated members under clause (e) of sub-section (2) of section 11 of the said Act, —

(i) for serial number 7 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely: — “20. Tamil Nadu Medical Council Dr. S. Sivaram Kannan”; [F. No. U.12012/18/2024-ME-I] VINOD KOTWAL, Addl. Secy.
