Head of the Department of - Member Environment, Climate Change and (He shall hold the office upto 16th January, 2028)”; Forests Department, Government of Tamil Nadu, Secretariat, Chennai-600 009 (b) for serial numbers 4 and 5, and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and the entries shall be substituted, namely :- “4. Principal Secretary-1, - Member Industries Department, (He shall hold the office upto 16th January, 2028) Government of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 5. The Managing Director, - Member Kerala Rubber Limited, (He shall hold the office upto 16th January, 2028)”; Kottayam, Kerala (c) for serial numbers 12,13 and 14, and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and the entries shall respectively be substituted, namely :- “12.
