informed that the timelines for filing quarterly and annual returns for Financial Year 2024-25
has been further extended from 30" June 2025 till 15" August 2025.
The quarterly and annual return on the Waste Tyre EPR Portal (URL:
https://eprtyres.cpcb.gov.in/) may be filled till 15'° August 2025 for Financial Year 2024-25.
failing which appropriate action under the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 will be taken.
During this period of extension till 15th August 2025, the Extended Producer Responsibility
(EPR) Certificate generation & transfer will be carried out on EPR Portal.
