Date 10:00 to 13:00 hrs 14:00 to 17:00 hrs 20.04.2026 A1 - Law of the Sea & Maritime A4- Marine Materials & Corrosion Monday Law of Marine Structures A5 – Advanced Electrical, 21.04.2026 A2 - Risk Management & Electronic and Control Tuesday Marine Insurance Engineering Knowledge A6- Environment Protection & 22.04.2026 A3 - Shipping, Economics Energy Management in the Wednesday Finance Maritime Industry 23.04.2026 Thursday B1 – Maritime Regulations B4- Vibration Engineering 24.04.2026 B2 – Management Techniques B5- Advance Marine Engineering Friday & Application Knowledge 27.04.2026 B3 – Naval Architecture B6- Human Element Monday 2) Candidates should inform MMD Mumbai the name (s) of the subjects that they wish to appear by an e-mail to exame.mum-mmd@gov.in latest by 01/04/2026. 3) The candidates need to submit following documents, for eligibility assessment on the date of the examination. However, the venue of the examination centre will be communicated at a later date. a) Duly filled application form which is annexed to this Notice.-02- b) Fees payment receipt (Rs. 12000/- for each Part A/B). Fees to be paid through BharatKosh in favour of “The Principal Officer, Mercantile Marine Department, Mumbai”, payable at Mumbai. This fee is applicable to each part (A/B) irrespective of the number of subjects intending to appear in that part. c) Three passport size photographs (35mm X 35mm size). d) Self-attested copy of the Passport, CDC, MEO Class I & Extra First Class (Part A/Part B) course completion certificate. Note: In case of non-submission of any of the above required documents, the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the examination. All originals to be brought for verification at the time of assessment. This is issued with the approval of the Chief Examiner of Engineers.
