सा.का.जन. 703(अ).—सीमा िुल्क अजधजनयम, 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उप-धारा (1) के तहत
प्रित् त िजतियय का प्रयगग करते ुए, केन्द र सरकार, इस बात से संतुष्ट हगते ुए दक ऐसा करना िनजहत में आिश्यक है,
एतिद्वारा, भारत सरकार के जित्त मंत्रालय (रािस्ट्ि जिभाग) की अजधसूचना संखयांक 55/2022- सीमा-िुल्क, तारीख
31 अक्टूबर, 2022, िग संखयांक सा.का.जन. 796(अ), तारीख 31 अक्टूबर, 2022, द्वारा भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण,
भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (i) में प्रकाजित की गई थी, का जनम्नजलजखत और संिगधन करती ह,ै अथाात:् -
उतिय अजधसूचना म,ें –
(i) सारणी म,ें क्रम संखया 1 और 1क कग क्रमिः 1क और 1ख के रूप म ें पनु ः क्रमांदकत दकया िाएगा, और
क्रम संखया 1क से पहल े िैसा दक पुनः क्रमांदकत दकया गया ह,ै जनम्नजलजखत क्रम संखया और प्रजिजष्टयााँ
अंत:स्ट्थाजपत की िाएंगी, अथाता ् :-

के हॉर्टाकल्चर आयुतिय स े एक प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्ट्ततु करे, जिसमें जनयाात दकए िान े िाल े बैंगलगर रगज़ प्याि की
िस्ट्तु और मात्रा कग प्रमाजणत दकया गया हग।"।
2. यह अजधसूचना तत्काल प्रभाि से लाग ूहगगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th September, 2023
No. 57/2023-Customs
G.S.R. 703(E). —In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs
Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to
do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry
of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 55/2022-Customs, dated the 31st October 2022, published in the Gazette
of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 796(E), dated the 31st October 2022,
namely:-
In the said notification,
(i) in the Table, S. Nos. 1 and 1A shall be re-numbered as 1A and 1B respectively, and before Sl.
No. 1A as so re-numbered, the following S. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely: -
(1) (2) (3) (4) (5)
“1. 0703 10 11 Bangalore Rose Onion Nil 7”;
(ii) in the Annexure, after Condition number 6 and the entries relating thereto, the following
Condition number and entries shall be inserted, namely: -
“7. Goods meant for export shall be allowed to be exported subject to exporter furnishing a
certificate from the Horticulture Commissioner, Government of Karnataka, certifying the item
and quantity of Bangalore Rose Onion to be exported.”.
2. This notification shall come into force with immediate effect.

the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (i), vide number G.S.R. 629 (E), dated the
25th August, 2023.
