NOTIFICATION (09/2022) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 23 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of Karnataka, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Government of Karnataka Notification (05/2019) No. FD 47 CSL 2017, dated the 7th March 2019, published in the Karnataka Gazette Extraordinary, Part -IVA, No.221, dated the 7th March 2019, namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 4, for the entry in column (3), the entry “Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks” shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall come into force on the 18th July, 2022.
