NNOTIFICAATION (21//2020) In exxercise of thhe powers coonferred by Section 1688A of the Kaarnataka Gooods and Servvices TTax Act, 2017 (Karnatakka Act 27 off 2017) (hereeafter in thiss Notificationn referred too as the said AAct), rread with SSection 20 oof the Integgrated Goodds and Servvices Tax AAct, 2017 (113 of 2017), the GGovernmentt of Karnataaka, on the recommenddations of thhe Council, hhereby makkes the following further amenndment in thhe Governmment of Karnnataka Notiffication (17/22020) No. FFD 03 CSL 2020 ddated 20.04..2020 publisshed in the KKarnataka GGazette, Extraaordinary, PPart IVA, Noo. 140, datedd 20th AApril, 2020,, namely:- IIn the said NNotification,, in the first paragraph, in clause (iii), for the prroviso, the foollowing prooviso shall be subsstituted, nammely: - ““Provided thhat where ann e-way bill has been geenerated undder rule 138 of the Karnnataka Goodss and Services Taxx Rules, 20117 on or beffore the 24th day of Marcch, 2020 andd whose validity has exppired oon or after thhe 20th Marcch, 2020, thee validity perriod of such e-way bill sshall be deemmed to have been eextended tilll the 30st dayy of June, 20020.” 22. This Notificationn shall comee into force wwith effect frrom the 31stday of May,, 2020.
