NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 96 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017(Karnataka Act 27 of 2017), the Government of Karnataka, hereby make the following amendment in the Notification of Government of Karnataka, No. FD 64 CSL 2021 dated the 24th August, 2021 published in the Karnataka Gazette, Extraordinary, Part IVA, No.749, dated the 24th August, 2021 namely:- In the said Notification,- (i) against the entry in serial No. 1 “Shri. Kiran Reddy T (IRS, C&CE; 2009 Batch) Joint Commissioner, Central Tax Zone”, the entry” Shri. Kiran Reddy T (IRS, C&CE; 2009 Batch), Additional Commissioner of Customs and Indirect Taxes” shall be substituted. 2. This Notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 1st day of January, 2022.
