New Delhi, the 14th September, 2023
No. 55/2023-Customs
G.S.R. 670(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act,
1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do,
hereby makes further amendments in the following notifications of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance
(Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the table below to the extent specified in the corresponding entry
in column (3) of the said table, namely: -

2. Notification No. 12/2022-Customs, dated the In the notification, in the Table, against S. No. 7, in column
1st February, 2022, published in the Gazette (2), for the entry, the entry “39, 40, 42, 73, 74, 85” shall be
