NOTIFICATION
Jaipur, the 29th December, 2023
S.O. 5514(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989
(24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Table below as
‘competent authority’ to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of
publication of this notification in the official gazette in respect of the Special Railway Project of “Proposed linear
connectivity taking off from Nawalgarh Railway Station upto M/s Shree Cement Limited, Gati Shakti Multi-Modal
Cargo Terminal (District Jhunjhunu)” in the state of Rajasthan relating to sub divisions mentioned in column (3),
District mentioned in column (4) of the said Table for the public purpose of execution, maintenance, management and
operation of such Special Railway Project.
