S.O. 2708(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- para 2 of Para 3 of the Guidelines circulated
under Section 63 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (no. 36 of 2003), the Central Government had notified following
transmission scheme for implementation under Tariff Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) vide Gazette Notifications
mentioned in below table:

the recommendations of the 8th meeting of National Committee on Transmission (NCT) and Central Electricity
