F. No. 17(20)/2021-PL/NGT. —In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (3) of
section 6 of the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010 (19 of 2010) read with clause (ii) of Section 5 of the
Tribunal Reforms Act, 2021 (33 of 2021), the Central Government has appointed Dr. Prashant Gargava, as
