And whereas the substance of the said notification was published in daily local newspapers “Dainik Jagran and Amar ujala” dated 03.02.2022 and English local newspaper “The Pioneer, The Tribune” dated 03.02.2022 under sub-section (4) of section 20A of the said Act. And whereas no objections have been received in the office of competent authority. Now, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of section 20E of the Railway Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the Schedule annexed here shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose. District of Hardwar in the State of Uttrakhand. And whereas the substance of the said notification was published in daily Hindi local newspapers “Hindustan” and “Amar Ujala” English local newspapers “The Pioneer” and “The Tribune” dated the 03rd February, 2022, under sub-section (4) of section 20A of the said Act. And whereas objections have been received and the same have been considered and disallowed by the competent authority, And, whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government.
