िारी, भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण भाग II, खण्ड 3,उपखण्ड (ii) तारीख 07/01/2025 म े प्रकाजित भारत सरकार के रेल
मंत्रालय (रेल्व ेबोडा) की अजधसचू िा संख्या का.आ. 136 (अ) तारीख 07/01/2025 (जिसे इसमे इसके पिात उक्त अजधसूचिा
कहा गया ह)ै , द्वारा उक्त अजधसचू िा स े उपाबध्द अि सूची म े जवजिर्दाष्ट भूजम को, मध्यप्रदेि राज्य के धार जिले म ेंजविेष रेल
पररयोििा अर्ाात, दाहोद स े इंदौर िाि े वाली िई बीिी लाइि पररयोििा, झाब आ, सरदारप र, धार और जपर्ामपर के
मध्य स े (204.76 ककमी), मध्यप्रदेि राज्य के धार जिल े म ें जचकल्या गााँव, तहसील धार म ें दाहोद– इंदौर बड़ी लाइि िाम
की जविेष रेल पररयोििा के जिष्पादि,अि रक्षण,प्रबंधि और प्रचालि के जलए अपेजक्षत ह,ैऐसी भूजम का अिाि करि े के
आिय की घोषणा की र्ी।
और, उक्त अजधसूचिा का सार उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20 ‘क’ की उपधारा (4) के अधीि दैजिक समाचार पत्रों
अर्ाात दैजिक भास्ट्कर ” तर्ा “टाइम्स ििे ि” म ेंतारीख 15/01/2025 को प्रकाजित ककया गया र्ा।
और, जचकल्या गााँव म ें आक्षेप प्राप्त हुए और उि पर जवचार ककया गया और आक्षेप का जिदाि ककया गया ह ै तर्ा
सक्षम अजधकारी द्वारा तदि सार आदिे पाररत कर दीय ेगय ेह।ैं
और, उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20 ‘ड’ की उपधारा (1) के अि सरण म े सक्षम प्राजधकारी ि े अपिी ररपोटा केन्द्रीय
सरकार को प्रस्ट्त त कर दी ह।ै

अत: अब केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी स े उक्त ररपोटा के प्राप्त होिे पर और उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20 ‘ड’
की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ैकक इससे उपाबध्द अि सूची म ेजवजिर्दाष्ट भूजम
पूवोक्त प्रयोिि के जलए अर्िात की िाएगी।
और यह कक केंरीय सरकार उक्त अजधजियम कक धारा 20 ‘ड’ कक उपधारा (2) के अि सरण म ेयह घोषणा करती ह ै
कक रािपत्र म ेइस अजधसूचिा के प्रकाजित होिे पर इस स ेउपाबध्द अि सूची म ेजवजिर्दाष्ट भूजम सभी जवलंगमो स ेमक्त होकर
केन्द्रीय सरकार म ेआतयांककत रूप स े जिजहत हो िाएगी।

NOTIFICATION
Mumbai, the 20th February, 2025
S.O. 913(E).—Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways (Railway
Board), number, S.O.136(E) dated the 07/01/2025 published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3 Sub-
section (ii), dated the 07/01/2025 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification ) and issued under sub-section (1) of
section 20A of the Railway (Amendment) Act, 2008 (11 of 2008) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central
Government declares its intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for the
purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway Project, namely new BG line project
from Dahod to Indore (through Jhabua, Sardarpur, Dhar and Pithampur) in Dhar district Tehsil Dhar Village Chikliya
in the State of Madhya Pradesh.
And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily News Papers Dainik bhaskar and
Times Nation” dated 15/01/2025 under sub section (4) of section 20A of the said Act.
And whereas, in Chikliya village objections were received, considered and the objections have been resolved
and competent Authority have passed the orders accordingly;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section 20E of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report
to the Central Government;
Now therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred
by sub-section (1) of section 20 E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in
the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20 E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed hereto
shall vest absolutely in the Central government free from all encumbrances.
