S.O. 3378(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 3 and clause (ii) of section
5 of the Tribunals Reforms Act, 2021 (33 of 2021) read with clause (c) of sub-rule (7) of rule 3 and sub-rule (2) of rule
10 of the Tribunal (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2021 and in pursuance of Office Memorandum of the Department of
Revenue, Ministry of Finance number A-50050/270/2025-CESTAT-DOR-DOR-Part (1) dated the 9th March, 2026, the
Central Government hereby extends the tenure of Ms. Meera Swarup, as Technical Member of the Securities Appellate
Tribunal, appointed vide Notification S.O. 835(E) dated 23rd February, 2022, published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii) beyond 9th March, 2026 for a period till 8th September, 2026.
