28), (जिस े एतद्पश्चात ्उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 3 के अंतगवत प्रस्ट्ताव दकया था; और, यतः केन्द्र सरकार ने, जविेष आर्थवक िोन जनयमावली, 2006 के जनयम 8 के साथ पठित उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, वाजणज्य एव ं उद्योग मत्रं ालय की अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ.416(अ) दिनांक 14 माच,व 2012 द्वारा उपयक्तुव जविेष आर्थवक िोन म ें 12.14 हक्े टेयर के क्षत्रे को अजधसूजचत दकया था;
और, यतः, म.ै िीओसीएल कॉपोरेिन जलजमटेड ने अब उपरोक्त जविेष आर्थवक िोन म ें स े 10.23 हक्े टेयर के क्षत्रे को अनजधसूजचत करने का प्रस्ट्ताव दकया ह;ै 7082 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] और, यतः, कनावटक सरकार न ेपत्र संख्या सीआई 43 एसपीआई 2023 दिनांक 15 मई, 2024 के तहत प्रस्ट्ताव को अपनी मंिरू ी ि ेिी ह;ै और, यतः, जवकास आयक्तु , कोचीन जविेष आर्थवक िोन न े10.23 हक्े टेयर के क्षत्रे को अनजधसूजचत करने के प्रस्ट्ताव की जसफाठरि की ह;ै और, यतः, केंर सरकार इस बात स े संतुष्ट ह ैदक उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (8) और अन्द्य संबंजधत आवश्यकताओं को परू ा कर जलया गया ह;ै अतः अब, जविेष आर्थवक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) के िसू रे परन्द्तुक द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए और जविेष आर्थवक िोन अजधजनयम, 2006 के जनयम 8 के अनसु रण म ें केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा
10.23 हक्े टेयर के क्षत्रे को उपरोक्त जविेष आर्थवक िोन स े अनजधसूजचत करती ह,ै जिसके पठरमाणतः एसइिडे का कुल क्षेत्रफल 1.91 हक्े टेयर हो िाएगा। अनजधसूचना के जलए जनम्नजलजखत ताजलका म ें उल्लेजखत सव े नंबर और क्षत्रे िाजमल ह,ै अथावत:् - अनजधसजू चत क्षत्रे हते ुताजलका क्र. स.ं गााँव का नाम सव े नबं र कुल क्षत्रे फल (हक्े टेयर म)ें

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 14th September, 2026 S.O. 5078(E).— Whereas, M/s GOCL Corporation Limited (Formerly M/s Gulf Oil Corporation Limited), had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a Special Economic Zone for IT/ITES SEZ at Kattigenahalli and Venkatala Villages, Yelahanka Hobli, Bangalore District, Karnataka;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, had notified an area of 12.14 hectares at the above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S.O. 416(E) dated 14th March, 2012;[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 AND, WHEREAS, M/s GOCL Corporation Limited has now proposed for de-notification of 10.23 hectares from the above Special Economic Zone;
AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Karnataka has given its approval to the proposal vide letter No.CI 43 SPI 2023 dated 15th May, 2024;
AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, Cochin Special Economic Zone has recommended the proposal for de-notification of an area of 10.23 hectares of the above the Special Economic Zone;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby de-notifies an area of 10.23 hectares of the above Special Economic Zone, thereby making the total area of the Special Economic Zone as 1.91 hectares.
