L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-04062026-273143 CG-DxLx-xEG-I0D4H0x6x2x0 26-273143 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 2757] नई ददल्ली, मगं लिार, िनू 2, 2026/ज्य ष्े ठ 12, 1948 No. 2757] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, JUNE 2, 2026/JYAISTHA 12, 1948 जिद्यतु मत्रं ालय आदेि नई ददल्ली, 3 िून, 2026 का.आ. 2851(अ).— जबकि मसे सस अदाणी रिन्यूएबल एनजी 8 लललमटेड (एआिई8एल),लजसिा पंजीिृत िायासलय अदानी िॉपोिेट हाउस, शांलतग्राम, एस- जी- हाईव,े अहमदाबाद – 382421, गुजिात, भाित म ें लथित ह,ै न े ट्ांसलमशन योजना ”गुजिात िे िच्छ म ें 115 मेगावॉट सौि लवद्युत परियोजना िे ललए अदाणी रिन्यूएबल एनजी एइट लललमटेड िो िनेलटटलवटी प्रदान ििन े हते ु ट्ांसलमशन प्रणाली“ िे तहत ओविहडे ट्ांसलमशन लाइन लबछाने िे ललए लवद्युत अलिलनयम, 2003 िी िािा 164 िे अंतगसत प्रालििृत ििने हते ु आवेदन किया ह।ै औि जबकि, लवद्युत मंत्रालय, भाित सििाि ने अपन े पत्र स.ं 25-17/92/2025-PG कदनांकित 03.10.2025 िे द्वािा ट्ांसलमशन योजना ”गुजिात िे िच्छ म ें 115 मगे ावॉट सौि लवद्युत परियोजना िे ललए अदाणी रिन्यूएबल एनजी 8 लललमटेड िो िनेलटटलवटी प्रदान ििन े हते ु ट्ांसलमशन प्रणाली“ िे अतं गतस आने वाली ओविहडे ट्ांसलमशन लाइनों िे ललए लवद्युत अलिलनयम िी िािा 68(1) िे अतं गतस पूव स अनुमोदन प्रदान किया िा। मेसस स अदाणी रिन्यूएबल एनजी 8 लललमटेड (एआिई8एल) न े थिानीय समाचाि पत्रों िाजथिान पलत्रिा (हहदं ी) कदनांि 04.12.2025, कद इंलडयन एटसप्रेस (अग्रं ेजी) कदनािं 04.12.2025, गुजिात समाचाि (गुजिाती) कदनांि 04.12.2025 औि भाित िे साप्तालहि िाजपत्र कदनांि 03.01.2026 म ें ट्ांसलमशन योजना िे ललए प्रथतालवत ट्ांसलमशन 4017 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] मागस पि प्रिाशन िी तािीख से 2 महीने िे भीति आम जनता िी रटप्पलणयों / अभ्यावेदन िी मांग िित ेहुए नोरटस प्रिालशत किया िा। इसिे पश्चात, मेससस अदाणी रिन्यूएबल एनजी 8 लललमटेड (एआिई8एल) न े22.05.2026 कदनांकित एि हलफनामा प्रथतुत किया, लजसमें घोषणा िी गई ह ैकि भाित सििाि िे आलििारिि िाजपत्र एव ंथिानीय समाचाि पत्रों म ें प्रिाशन िी तािीख स े 2 महीन े िे भीति िोई रटप्पणी / अभ्यावेदन प्राप्त नहीं हुआ िा। मेसस सअदाणी रिन्यूएबल एनजी 8 लललमटेड न ेकदनांि 21.05.2026 िो एि वचन पत्र प्रथतुत किया ह,ै लजसम ेंयह उल्लेख किया गया ह ैकि प्रथतालवत ओविहडे ट्ांसलमशन लाइन(नो) िा माग सिाजथिान िे संशोलित ग्रेट इंलडयन बथटड स(GIB) प्रािलमिता क्षत्रे िे बाहि लथित ह,ै जैसा कि रिट यालचिा (लसलवल) संख्या 838/2019 िे कदनांि 19.12.2025 िे आदशे म ेंसंदर्भसत ह।ै आवेदि न ेयह भी वचन कदया ह ैकि वह उक्त लनणसय म ेंलनलहत माननीय सवोच्च न्यायालय िे सभी लनदशे ों तिा उक्त आदेश िे अनपु ालन म ेंसक्षम प्रालििािी द्वािा भलवष्य म ेंजािी किए जान ेवाल ेकिसी भी लनदेश िा पणू सतः पालन ििेगी। साि ही, आवेदि न े यह भी बताया गया ह ै कि ट्ांसलमशन लाइन िा सिं ेखण इस प्रिाि बेहति बनाया गया ह ै कि जहा ाँ ति संभव हो, व े अलिितम साझा मागस िा उपयोग ििें। औि अब आवेदि ने लवद्युत अलिलनयम, 2003 िी िािा 164 िे अंतगसत ”गुजिात िे िच्छ म ें 115 मेगावॉट सौि लवद्युत परियोजना िे ललए अदाणी रिन्यूएबल एनजी 8 लललमटेड िो िनेलटटलवटी प्रदान ििने हते ु ट्ांसलमशन प्रणाली“ िे तहत ट्ांसलमशन लाइन लबछाने िे ललए उसे व े सभी शलक्तयां प्रदान ििने िा अनिु ोि किया ह,ै जो भाितीय टेलीग्राफ अलिलनयम, 1885 िे तहत टेलीग्राफ िे प्रयोजन िे ललए सििाि द्वािा थिालपत अिवा अनुिलक्षत किय े गए टेलीग्राफ लाइन एव ं खम्भ े या इस प्रिाि िी थिापना औि अनुिक्षण किय े जान े िे ललए, टेलीग्राफ प्रालिििण िो प्राप्त ह।ैं योजना िे अतं गतस लनम्नलललखत ओविहडे ट्ांसलमशन लाइन ह:ैं • एआिई8एल (गााँवः लुडबी, तालुिा-नखत्राणा, लजला-िच्छ गजु िात म ें लथित जनिेशन लथवचयाडस) - भुज-II पीएस 220 िेवी एस/सी लाइन (डी/सी टॉविों पि) उपिोक्त योजना िे अतं गतस ओविहडे ट्ांसलमशन लाइन गुजिात िाज्य िे लनम्न ाकं ित गााँवों, िथबों औि शहिों स े होिि, उन पि स,े उनिे आसपास से औि बीच स े होिि गुजिेगी। क्र. गााँव िे नाम तहसील लजला स.ं 1 अय्यि, चािाखाडा, जड़ाय, िामय जूनी, िामय नवी, िामय, िोिा, फुलई, जड़ोदि, हजंजय, नखत्राना िच्छ िलड़या मोटा, िलड़या नाना, खांभला, खोंभाड़ी मोटी, खोंभाड़ी नानी, लुडबी, मिल, मोिे, मोतीचूि, मुरु, बगपाट, िातलड़या, टोलडया, उगड़े ी, उखड़े ा, िामपि, िामपि-सिवा, नेत्रा, वजीिा वांि, वेहि, लवगोड़ी, िल, िल-लयािी, अिल मोटी, जते वीिा, उमिापि, उिंगनी, गजनसि, अमािा, लखिसिा, लखिसिा-नेत्रा, सिवा, आनंदनगि, िसाललया नव,ू िसाललया जुन,ू िसाललया, देसलपि गतुं ली, अमिापि, िोटड़ा जडोदि, मफतनगि, गेचड़ा, लयािी, नवावास, छािी, नवानगि, पैया, हीिापाि टोलडया 2 वमोटी नानी, वमोटी मोटी, समंदा, दाबन अबडासा िच्छ अब, साविानीपूवसि लवचाि ििने िे पश्चात, लवद्युत मंत्रालय, भाित सििाि, लवद य ुत अलिलनयम, 2003 िी िािा 164 िे अंतगसत मेससस अदाणी रिन्यूएबल एनजी 8 लललमटेड िो उपिोक्त ओविहडे ट्ांसलमशन लाइन िो लगाने िे ललए व े[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 सभी शलक्तया ं लनम्नलललखत लनबंिनों एव ं शतों िे साि प्रदान ििता ह,ै जो भाितीय टेलीग्राफ अलिलनयम, 1885 िे तहत टेलीग्राफ िे प्रयोजन िे ललए सििाि द्वािा थिालपत अिवा अनुिलक्षत किय े गए टेलीग्राफ लाइन एव ं खम्भ े या इस प्रिाि िी थिापना औि अनुिक्षण किय े जाने िे ललए, टेलीग्राफ प्रालिििण िो प्राप्त ह-ैं i. यह अनुमोदन 25 वषों िे ललए प्रदान किया जाता ह।ै ii. आवेदि िो प्रथतालवत लाइन िी थिापना स े पूवस संबंलित प्रालिििणों अिातस थिानीय लनिायों, िेलवे, िाष्ट्रीय िाजमागस, िाज्य िाजमागस आकद िी सहमलत प्राप्त ििनी होगी। iii. आवेदि िो लवद्युत अलिलनयम, 2003 िे तहत समुलचत आयोग िे द्वािा तैयाि किए गए ट्ांसलमशन, ओ एडं एम, ओपन एटसेस आकद िे लवलनयमों/संलहताओं िा पालन ििना होगा। iv. आवेदि िेंद्र सििाि िे लवद्युत लनिीक्षि/मुख्य लवद्युत लनिीक्षि िे अनुमोदन िे पश्चात ही लाइन िा प्रचालन ििेगा। v. यह अनुमोदन आवेदि द्वािा लवद्युत अलिलनयम, 2003 िे प्राविानों औि उसिे तहत बनाए गए लनयमों िी अपेक्षाओं िा अनुपालन किए जाने िे अध्यिीन ह।ै vi. मेसस स अदाणी रिन्यूएबल एनजी 8 लललमटेड िो लवद्युत लनिीक्षण िे समय लवमानन एव ं िक्षा प्रालिििणों इत्याकद, स ेअपेलक्षत अनुमलत िो प्राप्त ििने िे बाद, इस ेिेंद्रीय लवद्युत प्रालिििण िो लवद्युत लनिीक्षण िे समय प्रथतुत ििना होगा। vii. यकद, उपिोक्त ओविहडे लाइनों िा माग स (या उपिोक्त ओविहडे लाइन िे माग स िा िुछ भाग) संशोलित ग्रेट इंलडयन बथटडस (जीआईबी) क्षत्रे म ें आता ह,ै तो आवेदि िो भाित िे माननीय सवोच्च न्यायालय िे रिट यालचिा (लसलवल) संख्या 838/2019 िे कदनांि 19.12.2025 िे आदशे औि माननीय सवोच्च न्यायालय िे उपिोक्त आदेश िे अनुसिण म ें सक्षम प्रालििारियों द्वािा कदए गए किसी भी अन्य लनदेश िा पालन ििना होगा। [फा. स. ं 25-16/48/2026-पािर जिड (एमओपी)] एम.िी.एन. िरा प्रसाद, अिर सजिि (पीिी) MINISTRY OF POWER ORDER New Delhi, the 3rd June, 2026 S.O. 2851(E).— Whereas M/s Adani Renewable Energy 8 Limited (ARE8L), the applicant with its registered Office at Adani Corporate House, Shantigram, Nr. Vaishno Devi Circle, S. G. Highway, Khodiyar, Ahmedabad- 382421, Gujarat, India has applied for authorization under Section 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003 for laying of overhead transmission line under the transmission scheme "Transmission System for Providing Connectivity to Adani Renewable Energy Eight Limited for its 115 MW Solar Power Project in Kachchh, Gujarat” And whereas, Ministry of Power, Government of India vide its letter No. 25-17/92/2025-PG dated 03.10.2025 had granted prior approval under section 68(1) of the Electricity Act, 2003 for the overhead line covered under the transmission scheme "Transmission System for Providing Connectivity to Adani Renewable Energy Eight Limited for its 115 MW Solar Power Project in Kachchh, Gujarat” M/s Adani Renewable Energy Eight Limited had published notice for transmission scheme in local newspapers Gujarat Samachar (Gujrati) dated 04.12.2025, Rajasthan Patrika (Hindi) dated 04.12.2025, The Indian Express (English) dated 04.12.2025, and in Weekly Gazette of India dated 03.01.2026 for the general public to make observations/representations on the proposed transmission route within 2 Months from the date of publication. Subsequently M/s Adani Renewable Energy Eight Limited has submitted an affidavit dated 22.05.2026 declaring that no observation/representation was received within 2 Months from the date of Publication of public notice.4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] M/s Adani Renewable Energy Eight Limited has submitted an Undertaking dated 21.05.2026 stating that the route of the proposed overhead transmission line(s) is located outside the Revised Great Indian Bustard (GIB) Priority Area of Rajasthan and Gujarat, as referred to in the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India dated 19.12.2025 in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 838 of 2019; the applicant has further undertaken to comply with all directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court as contained in the said judgment as well as with any subsequent directions issued by the competent authorities in pursuance of the above order by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, and has also stated that the transmission line alignment has been optimized, in such a way that they share maximum common stretch to the extent possible. And now the applicant has requested to confer upon him, all the powers under section 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003, which the telegraph authority possess under the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 with respect to the placing of telegraph lines and posts for the purpose of a telegraph established or maintained by Government or to be so established or maintained for laying of electric lines under the transmission scheme "Transmission System for Providing Connectivity to Adani Renewable Energy Eight Limited for its 115 MW Solar Power Project in Kachchh, Gujarat”. The following overhead line is covered under this scheme: • ARE8L (Generating switchyard situated in village Ludbay, Taluka Nakhatrana, District Kachchh, Gujarat) – Bhuj-II PS 220kV S/c line (On D/c Tower). The transmission line covered under the above scheme will pass through, over, around and between the following villages, towns and cities of Gujarat: Sl. Name of the Village Tehsil District State No. 1 Aiyar, Charakhada, Jaday, Dhamay Juni, Dhamay Navi, Dhamay, Dhora, Fulai, Jadodar, Jinjay, Kadiya Mota, Kadiya Nana, Khambhla, Khombhadi Moti, Khombhadi Nani, Ludbay, Mathal, Moray, Motichur, Muru, Bagpat, Ratadiya, Todiya, Ugedi, Ukheda, Rampar, Rampar-Sarwa, Netra, Vajira Wandh, Wehar, Vigodi, Thal, Thal-Layari, Aral Moti, Jetavira, Umrapar, Nakhatrana Kachchh Gujarat Uthangni, Gajansar, Amara, Khirasra, Khirasra-Netra, Sarwa, Anandnagar, Rasaliya Navu, Rasaliya Junu, Rasaliya, Desalpar Guntali, Amrapar, Kotada Jadodar, Mafatnagar, Gechada, Layari, Nawawas, Chhari, Navanagar, Paiya, Hirapar Todiya 2 Wamoti Nani, Wamoti Moti, Samanda, Daban Abdasa Now, after careful consideration, Ministry of Power, Government of India, under section 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003, confers all the powers to M/s Adani Renewable Energy Eight Limited for laying above overhead line, which telegraph authority possesses under the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 with respect to placing of telegraph lines and posts for the purposes of a telegraph established or maintained, by Government or to be established or maintained subject to following terms and conditions for installing the above mentioned line, namely: i. The approval is granted for 25 years. ii. The Applicant shall have to seek the consent of the concerned authorities i.e., local bodies, Railways, National Highways, State Highways etc. before erection of proposed line. iii. The Applicant shall have to follow regulations/codes of the Appropriate Commission regarding transmission, O&M, open access, etc., framed under Electricity Act, 2003. iv. The Applicant shall operate the line after approval of Electrical Inspector / Chief Electrical Inspector of Central Government. v. The approval is subject to compliance of the requirement of the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003 and the rules made there under by the applicant. vi. M/s Adani Renewable Energy Eight Limited shall have to submit the requisite clearances to Central Electricity Authority after obtaining the same from concerned authorities like Civil Aviation, Defense etc., at the time of Electrical Inspection. vii. In case, the route of above overhead lines (or some portion of the route of above overhead line) falls in the Revised Great Indian Bustard (GIB) area, the applicant has to comply with the directions of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in its order dated 19.12.2025 in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 838 of 2019 and any other directions given by competent authorities in pursuance of the above order by Hon’ble Supreme Court [F.
