(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Tribunal (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2021, in rule 5, after sub-rule (2), the following sub-rule shall be inserted, namely:- “(3) Notwithstanding anything contained in rule 3, a person holding or has held the post of Chairperson or Member, as the case may be, of any Tribunal shall be eligible for re-appointment.’’ [F.
