S.O. 4103(E).— The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with
sub-section (5) of Section 31 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereby makes the following
amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number
S.O. 3143(E) dated the 10th July, 2023, for inclusion of new members in Visakhapatnam Special Economic Zone.
Authority, namely:
In the said notification, the entry at SI.No. 5 and 6 which reads as under
