सं. का.आ. 63 (अ) दिनांक 09 िनवरी, 2008 के तहत उपरोक्त जविेष आर्थसक िोन म ें 10.413 हक्े टेयर के क्षत्रे को
अजधसूजचत दकया था;

और यतः, आंध्रप्रििे सरकार ने उनके पत्र स.ं आईटीसी01-आईटी. प्रोम (आईटीपीआर)/122/2019 प्रमोिन्द्स
दिनांक 27 नवंबर, 2020 के तहत प्रस्ट्ताव को सहमजत ि ेिी ह;ै
और यतः, जवकास आयुक्त, जविाखापट्टनम, एसईिेड ने जविेष आर्थसक िोन के 1.593 हक्े टेयर के क्षत्रे को
अनजधसूजचत करने के प्रस्ट्ताव की संस्ट्तुजत की ह;ै
और यतः, केन्द्र सरकार इस बात स े संतष्टु ह ैदक अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (8) के अतं गसत अपक्षे ाओं तथा
अन्द्य संबंजधत अपक्षे ाओं को पूरा कर जलया गया ह;ै
अतः अब, जविेष आर्थसक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) के िसू रे परन्द्तुक द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों
का प्रयोग करते हुए और जविेष आर्थसक िोन अजधजनयम, 2006 के जनयम 8 के अनुसरण म ें केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा 1.593
हक्े टेयर के क्षत्रे को अनजधसूजचत करती ह,ै जिसके पठरमाणतः कुल क्षेत्रफल 8.82 हक्े टेयर हो िाएगा, जिसमें जनम्नजलजखत
ताजलका म ें उल्लेजखत सवेक्षण संख्याएं और क्षत्रे िाजमल ह,ैं अथासत्ः-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th October, 2021
S.O. 4247(E).—Whereas, M/s. Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited, a Government
Organisation in the State of Andhra Pradesh, had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005
(28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for
Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services at Sarpavaram Village, Kakinada Rural East
Godavari District in the State of Andhra Pradesh;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section
4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, notified an area of 10.413 hectares at the
above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S.O.63(E) dated 9th

AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited has now proposed for
de-notification of 1.593 hectare from the above Special Economic Zone;
AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Andhra Pradesh has given its approval to the proposal vide letter
No. ITC01-IT0PROM(ITPR)/122/2019-PROMOTIONS dated 27th November, 2020;
AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, Visakhapatnam Special Economic Zone has
recommended the proposal for de-notification of an area of 1.593 hectare of the Special Economic Zone;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of section
3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4
of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the
Central Government hereby de-notifies an area of 1.593 hectare, thereby making the resultant area as 8.82 hectare,
comprising the Survey numbers and the areas given below in the table, namely: -
