O. N. 31(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation
of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India, hereby makes the following amendment
in its Notification No. 434/NL-HP/2023 (1) dated 3rd November, 2023 relating to the appointment of Assistant
Returning Officers for Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Nagaland, namely:-
2. In Column (2) of the Table appended to the said Notification, against the existing entry at Sl. No. 21
(in place of ADC, Meluri), the following corresponding entry may be substituted.
