New Delhi, the 30th November, 2021.
S.O. 4911(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the
National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development Act, 2021 (17 of 2021), the Central
Government hereby appoints the 30th day of November, 2021, as the date on which the following
provisions of the said Act shall come into force:–
(1) sub-sections (1), (2), (4) and (5) of section 15; and
(2) section 24.
