Accordingly, following are hereby appointed to this committee with immediate effect for a period of three years or till they attain the age of Sixty-Six years or till any other order of the Central Government, whichever is earlier: 1) Sri Siddhant Das, Chairman 2) Sri Chandra Prakash Goyal, Member 3) Sri Sunil Limaye, Member 4) Dr J.R. Bhatt, Member 5) Ms Banumathi G, Assisstant Inspector General of Forests, Minsitry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change- Member Secretary 3. The members of the Committee are appointed in their personal capacity and the Committee shall function under the administrative control of the Central Government in the Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change with its headquarters at Delhi. 4. The salaries and allowances payable to, and the other terms and conditions of service of, the Chairperson and Members, will be prescribed separately, provided that neither the salary nor perks and the other allowances nor the other terms and conditions of service of the Chairperson or a Member shall be varied to his disadvantage after his appointment.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 5. The Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change shall provide suitable and adequate office accommodation for the Committee and requisite manpower, budgetary support and infrastructure to discharge the functions and powers delegated to the Committee. 6. The expenditure incurred on the working of the Committee including salary or remuneration to the members and supporting staff, will be met by Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change. 7.
