का.आ. 916(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, रेल अजधजियम, 1989 (1989 का 24) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात ् उक्त
अजधजियम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 20 क के उपखंड (I) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुये, ये समाधाि हो िािे के
पश्चात् कक लोक प्रयोिि के जलए, यह भूजम, जिसका संजिप्त जववरण इससे उपाबद्ध अि सूिी में कदया गया ह,ै ग िरात राज्य
में लेवल क्रॉससंग संख्या-121 ककमी-232/2-4 और लेवल क्रॉससंग संख्या 132 के बदल े2 लेि आरओबी पररयोििा के संबंध
में, इसके द्वारा ऐसी भूजम के अिाि करि े के आिय की घोषणा करती है;
उक्त भूजम के जलये इच्छ क कोई व्यजक्त, रािपत्र में इस अजधसूििा के प्रकािि की तारीख से तीस कदि के भीतर, उक्त
अजधजियम की धारा 20 डी की उप-धारा (1) के अधीि उपयक्त ा प्रयोिि के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अिाि और उपयोग के संबंध
में आिपे कर सकेगा;
प्रत्येक ऐसा आिेप सिम प्राजधकारी अर्ाात्, प्रांत अजधकारी िवसारी,जिला - िवसारी को जलजखत रुप म े ककया
िाएगा िो कक आिेप का आधार होगा। सिम प्राजधकारी आिपे कताा को व्यजक्तगत रुप से या काि िी प्रेजटिििर के माध्यम

से स िवाई का अवसर प्रदाि करेगा और सभी ऐसे आिेपों की स िवाई और िांि करिे के पश्चात्, यकद आवयक समझे तो,
आदेि द्वारा या तो आिेपों के जलये अि मजत देगा या अि मजत प्रदाि िही करेगा;
उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20(डी) की उप-धारा (II) के अधीि सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा कदया गया आदेि अंजतम
होगा;
इस अजधसूििा के अधीि आिे वाली भूजम की भूजम योििा और अन्य ब्यौरे उपलब्ध ह ैंऔर इछ क व्यजक्त द्वारा सिम
प्राजधकारी के उक्त उल्लेजखत कायाालय में उिका जिरीिण ककया िा सकता है ।

NOTIFICATION (CORRIGENDUM)
Mumbai, the 20th February, 2025
S.O. 916(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(I) of section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989
(24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred in as the said act), the Central Government after being satisfied that for the public
purpose, the land, the brief description of which has given in the schedule annexed here to, is required for execution of
the Special Railway Project, Namely, State of Gujarat in connection with 2 lane ROB in lieu of Level crossing no 121
km 232/2-4 and level Crossing no 132 km 243/14-16 - ”project in the State of Gujarat, hereby declares its intention to
acquired such land.
Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose
under sub-section(I) of section 20D of the said Act;
Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely, Prant Officer Navsari, District-
Navsari, in writing and shall set out the grounds there of and the competent authority shall give the objector an
opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and may. After hearing all such objections and after
making such further enquiry, if any as the competent authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the
objections;
Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (II) of section 20(D) of the said act shall be final;
The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by the
interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.

Brief description of the land to be acquired with or without structure for the Special Railway Project namely: Namely,
State of Gujarat in connection with 2 lane ROB in lieu of Level crossing no 121 km 232/2-4 and level Crossing no
132 km 243/14-16 Section Virar-Surat ”project in the State of Gujarat.
