और यतः, जवकास आयुक्त, कोचीन एसईिेड ने जविेष आर्थसक िोन के 0.278 हर्के टेयर के क्षेत्र को अनजधसूजचत करन े
के प्रस्ट्ताव की संस्ट्तुजत की ह;ै
और, यतः, केंर सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट ह ै दक उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (8) और अन्ड्य संबंजधत
आवश्यकताओं को परू ा कर जलया गया ह;ै
अत:, अब जविेष आर्थसक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) के िसू रे परन्ड्तकु द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों
का प्रयोग करत े हुए और जविेष आर्थसक िोन जनयमावली, 2006 के जनयम 8 के अनुसरण म ें केन्ड्र सरकार उपरोक्त जविेष
आर्थसक िोन मे एतद््िारा 0.278 हर्के टेयर के क्षेत्र को अनजधसजू चत करती ह,ै जिसके पठरमाणत: कुल क्षेत्र 14.347 हर्के टेयर

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th September, 2025
S.O. 4095(E).— Whereas, M/s. Global Village Techparks Private Limited, had proposed under Section
3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) hereinafter referred to as the Act, to set up a Sector
Specific SEZ for Information Technology/Information Technology Enabled Services at “Global Village”,
Pattenagere/Mylsandra Villages, Off-Mysore Road, RVCE Post, Bangalore District in the State of
Karnataka;
And, whereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, had notified/de-notified

AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Global Village Techparks Private Limited has now proposed for de-
notification of 0.278 hectares from the above Special Economic Zone;
AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Karnataka has given its approval to the proposal vide
letter No. CI 76 SPI 2024 dated 8th May, 2025;
AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, Cochin SEZ has recommended the proposal
for decrease in area of 0.278 hectare at the Special Economic Zone;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8)
of section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section
4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules,
2006, the Central Government hereby de-notifies an area of 0.278 hectare at above special economic zone,
thereby making the resultant notified area as 14.347 hectares. The Survey numbers and the areas for de-
notification are given below in the table, namely: -
