सेवाएँ के जलए एक जवजिष्ट जविेष आर्थकक िोन की स्ट्थापना हते ु जविेष आर्थकक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 (2005 का 28),
(जिसे एतद्पश्चात् उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 3 के अंतगकत प्रस्ट्ताव दकया था;
और यतः, केन्र सरकार न,े जविषे आर्थकक िोन जनयमावली, 2006 के जनयम 8 के साथ पठित उक्त अजधजनयम की
धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, जनम्न ताजलका म ें उल्लेजखत क्षेत्रों को उपरोक्त जविेष
आर्थकक िोन में अजधसूजचत तथा अनजधसूजचत दकया था;

और यतः, म.ै नालंिा िल्े टर प्राइवेट जलजमटेड ने अब उपरोक्त जविेष आर्थकक क्षेत्र से 1.11 हक्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को
अनजधसूजचत करने का प्रस्ट्ताव दकया ह;ै
और, यतः महाराष्ट्र राज्य सरकार ने उनके पत्र नंबर एसईज़ेड-2024/सीआर-56/आईएनडी-2 दिनांक 18 िून,
2024 के प्रत्र के अनुसार प्रस्ट्ताव को मंिूरी िे िी ह।ै अनजधसूचना के बाि, ऐसे भूजम पासकल का उपयोग बुजनयािी ढांचे के
जनमाकण के जलए दकया िाएगा, िो मूल रूप से पठरकजल्पत एसईिेड के उद्देश्य को परू ा करेगा;
और यतः जवकास आयक्तु , सीप्स जविेष आर्थकक िोन न े जविेष आर्थकक िोन के 1.11 हक्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को
अनजधसूजचत करने के प्रस्ट्ताव की संस्ट्तुजत की ह;ै
और यतः, केन्र सरकार इस बात से संतष्टु ह ैदक अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (8) के अतं गकत अपक्षे ाओं तथा
अन्य सम्बंजधत अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर जलया गया है;
अतः अब, जविेष आर्थकक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) के प्रथम परन्तुक द्वारा प्रित्त
िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए और जविेष आर्थकक िोन अजधजनयम, 2006 के जनयम 8 के अनसु रण म ें केन्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा
1.11 हक्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को उक्त जविेष आर्थकक िोन के भाग से अनजधसूजचत करती है, जिसके पठरमाणतः कुल क्षेत्रफल 3.95
हक्े टेयर हो िाएगा। अनजधसूचना के जलए सवेक्षण संख्या और क्षेत्रफल नीच ेताजलका म ेंदिए गए ह:ैं -

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 9th August, 2024
S.O. 3234(E).—Whereas, M/s. Nalanda Shelter Pvt. Ltd, had proposed under section 3 of the Special
Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a Special Economic Zone
for Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services at Survey No. 128/2/A Near Rajiv Gandhi
Infotech Park – Phase-I, Hinjewadi, Taluka- Mulashi, District Pune, District, in the State of Maharashtra;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section
4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, had notified and de-notified the
following areas at above Special Economic Zone as details given below in the table: -[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3

AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Nalanda Shelter Pvt. Ltd. has now proposed for de-notification of 1.11 hectares
from the above Special Economic Zone;
AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Maharashtra has given its approval to the proposal vide letter
No. SEZ-2024/CR-56/Ind-2 dated 18th June, 2024. Further, after de-notification, the land parcels would be utilized
towards the creation of infrastructure which would sub-serve the objective of the SEZ as originally envisaged;
AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, SEEPZ Special Economic Zone has recommended the
proposal for de-notification of an area of 1.11 hectares of the Special Economic Zone;
NOW, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of
section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled;
NOW, THEREFORE, in the exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to sub-section (1) of
section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules,
2006, the Central Government hereby de-notifies an area of 1.11 hectares, thereby making the resultant area as 3.95
hectares. The survey numbers and the area for de-notification are given below in the table, namely:-
