2. पर्यटन मंत्रालर् में एक ट्रटप्पण 2:- िहााँ प्रोन्नजत हते ु र्ोग्र्ता अन्र् जनििे क र्ा उप सजचि, -सिस्ट्र्; अर्िा पात्रता सेिा पूरी कर चुके कजनष्ठ कमयचाट्ररर्ों पर जिचार दकर्ा िा रहा हो 3. जनििे क र्ा उप सजचि, िहााँ िट्ररष्ठ कमयचाट्ररर्ों पर भी जिचार (प्रिासन), पर्यटन मंत्रालर् -सिस्ट्र् । दकर्ा िाएगा परन्तु उनकी अपेजित र्ोग्र्ता अर्िा पात्रता सेिा अपेजित र्ोग्र्ता अर्िा पात्रता सेिा के आधे अर्िा 2 िषय, िो भी कम हो, से ज्र्ािा कम न हो4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] और सार् ही उन्होंने ऐसी र्ोग्र्ता अर्िा पात्रता सेिा पहले ही पूरी कर चुके कजनष्ठ कमयचाट्ररर्ों के सार् अगले उच्चतर ग्रेड में प्रोन्नजत के जलए अपनी पट्ररिीिा अिजध सफलतापूियक पूरी कर ली हो। प्रजतजनर्ुजि (अल्पकाजलक संजििा सजहत): केंरीर् सरकार र्ा राज्र् सरकार र्ा संघ राज्र्िेत्र र्ा साियिजनक िेत्र के उपक्म र्ा िैधाजनक र्ा स्ट्िार्त्त संगठन र्ा मान्र्ता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालर् र्ा अनुसंधान संस्ट्र्ान के अधीन पिाजधकारी: (क) (i) िो मूल संिगय र्ा जिभाग में जनर्जमत आधार पर समान पि पर ह ैं; र्ा (ii) मूल संिगय र्ा जिभाग में िेतन स्ट्तर 5 िेतन मैट्ररक्स (29200-92300 रुपर्े) र्ा समकि में छह िषय की जनर्जमत सेिा के सार् ; र्ा (iii) मूल संिगय र्ा जिभाग में िेतन स्ट्तर 4 िेतन मैट्ररक्स (25500-81100 रुपर्े) र्ा समकि में िस िषय की जनर्जमत सेिा के सार्; और (ख) स्ट्तभ (7) में सीधी भती के जलए जनधायट्ररत िैिजणक अहताय प्राप्त हो। ट्रटप्पण 1: केंरीर् सरकार के उसी र्ा दकसी अन्र् संगठन र्ा जिभाग में इस जनर्ुजि से ठीक पहले धाट्ररत दकसी अन्र् पूिय-संिगय पि पर प्रजतजनर्ुजि की अिजध सजहत प्रजतजनर्ुजि की अिजध (अल्पकाजलक अनुबंध सजहत), साधारणतर्ा पर तीन िषय से अजधक नहीं होगी। ट्रटप्पण 2:- प्रजतजनर्ुजि (अल्पकाजलक संजििा सजहत) द्वारा जनर्ुजि के जलए अजधकतम आर्ु सीमा आिेिन प्राप्त होने की अंजतम तारीख को छप्पन िषय से अजधक नहीं होगी। [फा. स.ं ए-12018/02/2014-प्रिा.I] रािेि कुमार, अिर सजचि MINISTRY OF TOURISM NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 28th December, 2023 G.S.R. 930(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in suppression of the Tourist Organization ( Non-Ministerial and Non-Gazetted) Information Staff Rules, 2000, except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Tourist Information Officer, under Ministry of Tourism, namely:-[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5 Short title and commencement. -(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Tourism, Tourist Information Officer (Group B, Non -Ministerial and Non-Gazetted) Recruitment Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette. 2. Number of post classification and pay level in pay Matrix. - The number of said post, its classification, pay level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualification, etc.- The method of recruitment, age limit, educational qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule. 4. Disqualification. - No person, - (a) who, has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, Shall be eligible for the appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to relax. – Where the Central Governmental is of opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect of any class or category of persons. 6. Saving. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard. Note 1: The period of deputation (including short term Contract) including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in same or some other organization or department of the Central Government, shall ordinarily not to exceed three years.
