मेससस ग्रीनको ए पी 01 आईआरईपी प्राइिेट जलजमटेड और मेससस ए एम ग्रीन एनिी प्राइिेट जलजमटेड का कॉमन िेनरेटटंग पूहलगं स्ट्टेिन 400kV एस/सी लाइन (मागस की लंबाई लगभग 50.5 दकमी ह)ै उपरोि योिना के अंतगसत ओिरहडे रांसजमिन लाइन आध्रं प्रदेि के जनम्न ादं कत गााँिों,कस्ट्बों और िहरों स े होकर, उन पर स,े उनके आसपास स ेऔर बीच स े होकर गुज़रेगी। क्र.सं गााँि का नाम तहसील जज़ला 1 कृष्णापुरम, मुदमु ुलागुती, गोरटला, रामापुरम, कोंडापुरम, लड्डाजगरी कोडुमुर कनूसल 2 इरासिाडू, मन्नेकुंटा, एरासगुडी, तल्लागोकुलापाडु कृष्णाजगटर कनूसल 3 कोंगन्नापाडु, उहलंडाकोंडा, एरासकदिु ा, लंबाडी तांडा कल्लूर कनूसल 4 मल्लेपल्ली, पुलागुम्मी, कलुगोटला, अल्लुगुडु िेल्दिु ी कनूसल 5 उय्यलिाडा, उप्पलापडु, पलाकोलानु, हुसैनपुरम, कािला ओिासकल कनूसल अब, सािधानीपूिसक जिचार करने के पश्चात, जिद्युत मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार, मेससस ए एम ग्रीन एनिी प्राइिेट जलजमटेड को उपरोि ओिरहेड रांसजमिन लाइन को लगाने के जलए िे सभी िजियां जनम्नजलजखत जनबंधनों एिं ितों के साि प्रदान करता है, िो भारतीय[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 टेलीग्राफ अजधजनयम, 1885 के तहत टेलीग्राफ के प्रयोिन के जलए सरकार द्वारा स्ट्िाजपत अििा अनुरजित दकये गए टेलीग्राफ लाइन एिं खम्भे या इस प्रकार की स्ट्िापना और अनुरिण दकये िाने के जलए, टेलीग्राफ प्राजधकरण को प्राप्त ह-ैं i. यह अनुमोदन 25 िषों के जलए प्रदान दकया िाता ह।ै ii. आिेदक को प्रस्ट्ताजित लाइन की स्ट्िापना से पूिस संबंजधत प्राजधकरणों अिासत ्स्ट्िानीय जनकायों, रेलि,े राष्ट्रीय रािमागस, राज्य रािमागस आदद की सहमजत प्राप्त करनी होगी। iii. आिेदक को जिद्युत अजधजनयम, 2003 के तहत समुजचत आयोग के द्वारा तैयार दकए गए रांसजमिन, ओ एंड एम, ओपन एक्सेस आदद के जिजनयमों/संजहताओं का पालन करना होगा। iv. आिेदक केंद्र सरकार के जिद्यतु जनरीिक/मुख्य जिद्युत जनरीिक के अनुमोदन के पश्चात ही लाइन का प्रचालन करेगा। v. यह अनुमोदन आिेदक द्वारा जिद्यतु अजधजनयम, 2003 के प्रािधानों और उसके तहत बनाए गए जनयमों की अपेिाओं का अनुपालन दकए िाने के अध्यधीन ह।ै vi. मेससस ए एम ग्रीन एनिी प्राइिेट जलजमटेड को जिद्युत जनरीिण के समय जिमानन एिं रिा प्राजधकरणों इत्यादद, से अपेजित अनुमजत को प्राप्त करने के बाद, इसे केंद्रीय जिद्युत प्राजधकरण को जिद्युत जनरीिण के समय प्रस्ट्तुत करना होगा। vii. यदद उपरोि ओिरहडे लाइन का मागस (या उपरोि ओिरहडे लाइन के मागस का कुछ भाग) ग्रेट इंजडयन बस्ट्टडस (िीआईबी) िेत्र में आता ह ै तो आिेदक को ग्रेट इंजडयन बस्ट्टडस (िीआईबी) मामले के संबंध में 2019 की याजचका संख्या 838 पर माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय के आदेिों का और माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय द्वारा गटित तकनीकी/जििेषज्ञ सजमजत के जनदेिों का पालन करना होगा। [फा. सं. 25-16/33/2024-पीिी] एम.िी.एन. िरा प्रसाद, अिर सजचि (पीिी) MINISTRY OF POWER ORDER New Delhi, the 29th August, 2024 S.O. 3708(E).—Whereas M/s AM Green Energy Private Limited having its registered address at A-74, Nizamuddin East, Humayu Tomb, New Delhi-110013, India has applied for authorization under Section 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003 for laying of overhead transmission lines under “Transmission system for providing connectivity to M/s AM Green Energy Private Limited (AMGEPL) for installation of dedicated overhead transmission line included in the transmission system for providing connectivity to M/s AMGEPL for its 989 MW Hybrid (Solar- 675 MW & Wind- 314 MW) Power Project in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh”. And whereas, Ministry of Power, Government of India vide its letter no. 25-17/38/2023-PG dated 06.11.2023 had granted prior approval under section 68(1) of the Electricity Act, 2003 for the overhead line covered under “Transmission system for providing connectivity to M/s AM Green Energy Private Limited (AMGEPL) for installation of dedicated overhead transmission line included in the transmission system for providing connectivity to M/s AMGEPL for its 989 MW Hybrid (Solar- 675 MW & Wind- 314 MW) Power Project in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh”. M/s AM Green Energy Private Limited has published notice for transmission scheme in local newspapers The Hans India (in English) dated 24.03.2024, Daily Hindi Milap (in Hindi) dated 24.03.2024, Vartha (in Telugu) dated 24.03.2024, Prajasakti (in Telugu) dated 24.03.2024, Visala Andhra (in Telugu) dated 24.03.2024 and in Weekly Gazette of India dated 06.04.2024 for the general public to make observations/representations on the proposed transmission route within 2 Months from the date of publication. Subsequently, M/s AM Green Energy Private Limited has submitted an affidavit dated 23.07.2024 declaring that no observation/representation was received within 2 months from the date of Publication in the official gazette of Government of India. And now the applicant has requested to confer upon him, all the powers under section 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003, which the telegraph authority possess under the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 with respect to the placing of telegraph lines and posts for the purpose of a telegraph established or maintained by Government or to be so established or maintained for laying of electric lines under “Transmission system for providing connectivity to M/s AM Green Energy Private Limited (AMGEPL) for installation of dedicated overhead transmission line included in the transmission system for providing connectivity to M/s AMGEPL for its 989 MW Hybrid (Solar- 675 MW & Wind-4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] 314 MW) Power Project in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh”. The following overhead transmission lines is covered under this scheme: 1. Common Generating Pooling Station of M/s Greenko AP01 IREP Pvt Ltd and M/s AM Green Energy Pvt. Ltd.(Generation Switchyard near Kalva Village, Orvakal mandal, Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh) - Kurnool New 765/400kV ISTS Sub-station 400kV S/c Line (Route length is approximately 12km). Uyyalavada, Uppalapadu, Palakolanu, Hussainpuram, Kalava Oravakal Kurnool Now, after careful consideration, Ministry of Power, Government of India, under section 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003, confers all the powers to M/s AM Green Energy Private Limited for laying above overhead line, which telegraph authority possesses under the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 with respect to placing of telegraph lines and posts for the purposes of a telegraph established or maintained, by Government or to be established or maintained subject to following terms and conditions for installing the above mentioned line, namely: i. The approval is granted for 25 years. ii. The Applicant shall have to seek the consent of the concerned authorities i.e., local bodies, Railways, National Highways, State Highways etc. before erection of proposed line. iii. The Applicant shall have to follow regulations/codes of the Appropriate Commission regarding transmission, O&M, open access, etc., framed under Electricity Act, 2003. iv. The Applicant shall operate the line after approval of Electrical Inspector / Chief Electrical Inspector of Central Government. v. The approval is subject to compliance of the requirement of the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003 and the rules made there under by the applicant. vi. M/s AM Green Energy Private Limited shall have to submit the requisite clearances to Central Electricity Authority after obtaining the same from concerned authorities like Civil Aviation, Defense etc., at the time of Electrical Inspection.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5 vii. In case, the route of above overhead lines (or some portion of the route of above overhead line) falls in the Great Indian Bustard (GIB) area, the applicant has to comply with the orders of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the petition No.838 of 2019 regarding Great Indian Bustard (GIB) case, and the directions of the technical/expert committee constituted by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in this regard.
