New Delhi, the 12th March, 2026
G.S.R. 177(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 9 of the Prevention of Illicit
Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988 (46 of 1988), and in supersession of the Notifications
of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, GSR 157 (E) dated 28th February, 2025
except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government
hereby reconstitutes an Advisory Board for a period of one year from the date of its effect, consisting of:-
i) Hon'ble Mr. Justice Anup Jairam Bhambhani - Chairman
ii) Hon'ble Mr. Justice Anish Dayal - Member
iii) Hon'ble Mr. Justice Tejas Karia - Member
2. This notification shall come into force with effect from 23rd March, 2026.
