Locomotor disability”, for serial number (e) and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely: - ‘(e) “acid attack victim” means a person disfigured externally or internally, due to violent assault or self-infliction or accident, by throwing, administering, spilling of acid or similar corrosive substance.’.
