Notification regarding appointment of Assistant Returning Officer for counting of Postal Ballot and ETPBS for bye election to 2 Mandi PC of Himachal Pradesh

New Delhi, the 25th October, 2021
O.N. 68(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-Section (1) of Section 22 of the
Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India hereby directs that
the following amendment shall be made in the Notification No. 434/HP-HP/2019(2) dated 16.03.2019, as
amended from time to time relating to the appointment of Assistant Returning Officers for Parliamentary
Constituency in the State of Himachal Pradesh.
In Column 2 of the table appended to the said Notification for the existing entry in column 2
against item given in column 1 the following entries shall be substituted:-
