NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th March, 2024
S.O. 1328(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 49E of the Wild
Life (Protection) Act, 1972 (53 of 1972), the Central Government hereby designates Shri Gobind Sagar
Bhardwaj, Additional Director General of Forests, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change as
the Management Authority for the purpose of discharging the functions and exercising the powers under
the Act till the 15th August 2027 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
