NOTIFICATION In continuation of Notification No. KLAS/LEG/41/J.C.B.I/2025,

dated:08.05.2025, the Telangana High Court has passed an order on 11.06.2025 in Criminal Appeal No.564/2025 suspending the conviction and sentences of imprisonment imposed on Sri G. Janardhan Reddy, Member of Karnataka Legislative Assembly representing the Gangawati Constituency by the Court of the Principal Special Judge for CBI Cases, Hyderabad in CC.No.1 of 2012 vide

Judgement dated:06.05.2025.

In view of order dated:11.06.2025 of the Telangana High Court, the disqualification of Sri G. Janardhan Reddy vide Notification No.KLAS/LEG/41/J.C.B.I/2025, dated:08.05.2025 in terms of the provisions of Article 191(1)(e) of the Constitution of India read with Section 8 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, has ceased to operate subject to further judicial pronouncements.
