In view of order dated:11.06.2025 of the Telangana High Court, the disqualification of Sri G. Janardhan Reddy vide Notification No.KLAS/LEG/41/J.C.B.I/2025, dated:08.05.2025 in terms of the provisions of Article 191(1)(e) of the Constitution of India read with Section 8 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, has ceased to operate subject to further judicial pronouncements.
