3. बीपीसी तकनीकी जिकल्पों के माध्यम स े मागग के अजधकार (आरओडब्ल्य)ू की चौड़ाई म ें कमी की गणना के जलए
सीईए की सजमजत की ररपोटग दिनांक 24.09.2024 के अनुसार आरओडब्ल्य ूअनुकूलन सुजनजित करेंगे।
4. इसके अलािा, मागग को पीएम गजत िजि पोटगल पर सत्यापन और भौजतक सिेक्षण के बाि ही अंजतम रूप दिया
िाना चाजहए।

S.O. 4967(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-para 3.2 of Para 3 of the Guidelines circulated
under Section 63 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (No. 36 of 2003), the Central Government, on the recommendations of
33rd meeting of National Committee on Transmission, hereby notifies the following transmission scheme under TBCB
mode, with details of Bid-Process Coordinator (BPC): -

Note:

2. The appointment of the Bid Process Coordinator is subject to the conditions laid down in the Guidelines
issued by Ministry of Power in this regard, amended from time to time.
3. BPCs shall ensure RoW optimization as per the CEA’s Committee report dated 24.09.2024 for calculation of
reduction of Right of Way (RoW) Width through Technological Options.
4. Further, the route must be finalised after validation on PM Gati Shakti portal and physical survey.
