कक लोक प्रयोिि के जलए ग्राम िवागावाँ तहसील झाबआ जिला झाबआ की यह भूजम जिसका संजिप्त जववरण इससे उपाब्ध
अि सूिी म ें कदया गया ह ै मध्य प्रदेि राज्य के धार जिल े म ें इंदौर दाहोद िई बड़ी रेलवे लाइि हते जविेष रेल पररयोििा के
जिष्पादि के जलए आवयक ह,ैएसी भूजम के अिाि करि े के घोषणा करती ह ै|
उक्त भूजम के जलय ेइच्छ क कोई व्यजक्त,रािपत्र म ेंइस अजधसूििा के प्रकािि की तारीख स ेतीस कदि के भीतर,उक्त
अजधजियम की धारा 20 घ की उप-धारा(1)के अधीि उपयक्त ा प्रयोिि के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अिाि और उपयोग के संबंध म ें
आिेप कर सकेगा |
प्रत्येक ऐसा आिेप सिम प्राजधकारी अर्ाात,् अि जवभागीय अजधकारी,(रािस्ट्व),भू अिाि अजधकारी तहसील झाबआ
जिला झाबआ को जलजखत रुप म े ककया िाएगा िो कक आिेप का आधार होगा। सिम प्राजधकारी आिेपकता ा को व्यजक्तगत
रुप स े या काि िी प्रेजटिििर(अजधवक्ता)के माध्यम स े स िवाई का अवसर प्रदाि करेगा और सभी ऐसे आिेपों की स िवाई
और िांि करि ेके पश्चात,् यकद आवयक समझ े तो,आदिे द्वारा या तो आिपे ों के जलए अि मजत दगे ा या अि मजत प्रदाि िही
करेगा |
उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20घ की उप-धारा(2) के अधीि सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा कदया गया आदेि अंजतम होगा।

NOTIFICATION
Mumbai, the 8th November, 2024
S.O. 4857(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(i) of section 20A of the Railways Act,
1989(24 of 1989) (here in after referred in as the said Act), the Central Government after being satisfied that for the
public purpose, this land of Village- Nawagaon Tehsil-Jhabua District- Jhabua the brief description of which has
given in the schedule annexed here to, is required for execution of Special Railway Project for Indore- Dahod new BG
railway line in Dhar district of Madhya Pradesh state. Declares its intention to acquire such land in the State of Madhya
Pradesh, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land:
Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for a foresaid purpose under
sub-section (1) of section 20D of the said Act:
Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely, Sub-Divisional Officer &Land
Acquisition Officer, Tehsil Jhabua District-Jhabua (M.P.), in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the
competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3
may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any as the competent authority thinks
necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.
Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (II) of section 20(D) of the said act shall be final.
The Land Plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected
by the interested person aforesaid Office of the Competent Authority.
SCHEDULE
Brief description, with or without structure, of the land under acquisition that will be affected for the construction of
the new BG line project from Dahod to Indore (through Jhabua, Sardarpur, Dhar and Pithampur) in Jhabua district of
Madhya Pradesh state.
