Part II, section-3, Sub-section (ii), of section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24of1989) (here in after referred to as the said Act),the Central Government, has declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification 4509 (J)date 29 May2024 for execution, maintenance, management and operation of land to be acquired with or without structure for the Special Railway Project, New BG Line project From Dahod - Indore Via, Jhabua, Sardrapur, dhar and Pithampur (204.76km) in District Indore, Village Banjari in the state of Madhya Pradesh. And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily “Free press Journal” dated 08/06/2024 and “Nai Duniya”&“Dainik Bhaskar” dated 08/06/2024 under sub-section (4) of Section 20A of the said Act. And, whereas, nil objection has been received by the competent authority. And, whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of Section 20(E) of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government;[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority, and in exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20(E) of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in the Schedule annexed here to shall be acquired for the afore said purpose. And, further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of Section 20 (E) of the said Act, the Central Government here by declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the Schedule annexed here to shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
