NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 14th October, 2021
S.O. 4264(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 13 of the International
Financial Services Centres Authority Act, 2019 (50 of 2019) (hereinafter referred to as the „said Act‟), the Central
Government, hereby amends the First Schedule of the said Act, namely:
2. In the said Schedule, against Serial No.1, in column (3), after item no.7, the following item shall be inserted
namely;-
“8. The Factoring Regulation Act, 2011 (12 of 2012).”
3. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
