S.O. 3606(E).— In pursuance of Sub-Rule (4) of Rule 10 of the Official Language (Use for official purposes
of the Union) Rules, 1976 (as amended, 1987, 2007 and 2011), the Central Government hereby notifies National
Institute For The Empowerment Of Persons With Visual Disabilities, Dehradun functional under the administrative
control of Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan), Ministry of Social Justice &
Empowerment, whereof more than 80% Staff have acquired working knowledge of Hindi.
