NTPC Mining Limited, a Central Public Sector Enterprise under the control of the Ministry of Power, for the purposes of the said proviso subject to the condition that the said Public Sector Enterprise shall make available the data generated by it, in respect of the prospecting operations undertaken by it, to the concerned State Government. 2.
