S.O. 2496(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (7A) of section 2 of the Railways Act,
1989 (24 of 1989) (here after in this notification referred to as the said Act) the Central Government hereby authorises
the officer mentioned in column (2) of the table below as the competent authority to perform the functions of such
authority, under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette, for the
purpose of execution of the Special Railway Project of Western Dedicated Freight Corridor in the state of Rajasthan
relating to tehsil and district mentioned in column (3) of the said table,-
