का. आ. 4921 (अ) तारीख 18 अक्टूबर 2022, िो भारत के असाधारण रािपत्र तारीख 18 अक्टूबर 2022, म ें प्रकाजित
की गई थी, द्वारा उस अजधसूचना स े सलं ग्न अनुसूची म ें जिजनर्िजष्ट भूजम म ें तजमलनाडु राज्य म ें नेचरु ल गैस पररिहन के जलए
ऑयल एण्ड नेचुरल गैस कॉरपोरेिन जलजमटेड द्वारा िजिण कािेरी परीसंपजत संिाल पाइपलाइन जबछान ेके प्रयोिन के जलए
उपयोग के अजधकार का अिजन के अपन ेआिय की घोिणा की थी
और उक्त असाधारण रािपत्र अजधसूचना की प्रजतयां िनता को तारीख 20.12.2022 तक उपलब्ध करा िी गई थी
और सिम प्राजधकारी न,े उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 6 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन केन्द्रीय सरकार को ररपोट ज
िे िी ह;ै
और केन्द्रीय सरकार न,े उक्त ररपोटज पर जिचार करने के पष्चात, और यह समाधान हो िाने पर दक उक्त भूजम
पाइपलाइन जबछाने के जलए अपेजित ह,ै उसम ें उपयोग के अजधकार का अिनज करने का जिजनष्चय दकया ह;ै

अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 6 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए,
यह घोिणा करती ह ै दक इस अजधसूचना स े सलं ग्न अनुसूची म ें जिजनर्िजष्ट भूजम म ें पाइपलाइन जबछान े के जलए उपयोग के
अजधकार का अिजन दकया िाए ;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 6 की उपधारा (4) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, यह
जनिेि िते ी ह ैदक उक्त भूजम म ेंउपयोग का अजधकार इस घोिणा के प्रकािन की तारीख स े केन्द्रीय सरकार म ें जनजहत होन े के
बिाए, सभी जिल्लगं मों स े मक्तु होकर ऑयल एण्ड नेचुरल गैस कॉरपोरेिन जलजमटेड म ें जनजहत होगा।
पेरोजलयम और खजनि पाइपलाइन अजधजनयम, 1962 की धारा 10 के अधीन दकसी भी िजतपूर्तज के जलए ऑयल
एण्ड नेचरु ल गैस कॉरपोरेिन जलजमटेड पूणतज या उत्तरिायी होगी और धारा 13 के अधीन पाइपलाइन स ेसम्बजन्द्धत दकसी भी
मामले पर केन्द्रीय सरकार, सिम प्राजधकारी और दकसी भी राज्य सरकार या कॉरपोरेिन के जिरूद्ध कोई िाि या काननू ी
कायजिाही नहीं हो सकेगी।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th October, 2025
S.O. 4673(E).— Whereas by a notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and
Natural Gas S.O. No. 4921(E) dated the 18th October, 2022, issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum
and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter referred to as the
said Act), published in the Extra Ordinary Gazette of India dated the 18thOctober, 2022, the Central Government
declared its intention to acquire the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to that notification for
the purpose of laying pipeline for transportation of Natural Gas Product, of Southern Cauvery Asset Pipelines Network
Should be laid by Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited.
And whereas copies of the said Extra Ordinary Gazette notification were made available to the public up to
20.12.2022
And whereas the competent authority has under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act submitted report to the
Central Government’s
And whereas the Central Government, after considering the said report and on being satisfied that the said land
is required for laying the pipeline, has decided to acquire right of user therein;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act, the Central
Government hereby declares that the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to this notification is
hereby acquired for laying the pipeline;
And further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 6 of the said Act, the Central
Government hereby directs that the right of user in the said land for laying the pipeline shall, instead of vesting in the
Central Government, vest on the date of publication of the declaration, in Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited.,

Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited. Shall be exclusively liable for any compensation in terms of Section
10 of the P&MP Act, 1962. According to Section13, no suit, or other legal proceeding would lie against the Central
Government, Competent Authority or any State Government or Corporation for any matter relating to the pipeline.
