**Order 1 (G.O. Ms. No. 54, dated June 3, 2025):**
Amends the Tamil Nadu Manual Workers (Construction Workers) Welfare Scheme, 1994.
In Section 15, in the table, in column (1), against serial number 10, in column (3), the following phrase is substituted: "Those studying in Industrial Training Institutes or Polytechnics" will now be replaced by "Those studying in Industrial Training Institutes or Polytechnics or Diploma in Nursing or Diploma in Catering and Services" (for each academic year).
**Order 2 (G.O. Ms. No. 59, dated June 11, 2025):**
Makes amendments to the Tamil Nadu Manual Workers (Construction Workers) Welfare Scheme, 1994. In Section 11:
(1) Sub-section (1) will be replaced with the following: "All manual workers are eligible for individual accident relief in case of an accident. If death occurs at the workplace due to an accident, or death occurs while being taken to the hospital for treatment, or death occurs while receiving treatment in the hospital due to such an accident, their nominees are eligible for individual accident relief."
(2) In Sub-section (2), item (a) will be replaced with the following item: "(a) Death: Rs. 8,00,000".
