NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd June, 2021
G.S.R. 425 (E).— In pursuance of the second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Mines and
Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957), the Central Government hereby notifies the Hutti
Gold Mines Company Limited, Karnataka for the purposes of the second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of
the said Act:
Provided that the Hutti Gold Mines Company Limited shall make over the data generated by it, in respect of
the prospecting operations undertaken by it, to the concerned State Government.
2. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
