(1) इस आदेि को रेदििरेट ंग उपकरण (गुणवत्ता जनयंत्रण) संिोधन आदेि, 2025 कहा िाएगा। (2) यह आजधकाररक रािपत्र म ें इसके प्रकािन की तारीख स ेलागू होगा। 2. रेदििरेट ंग उपकरण (गुणवत्ता जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2020 के, पैराग्राफ 2 म,ें परंतुक के बाद, जनम्नजलजखत परंतुक अंतस्ट्थ ाधजपत दकया िाएगा, अथाधत्:- 'बित े दक आग े इस आदिे म ें से कुछ भी, ब्यूरो द्वारा प्रमाजणत सामानों और वस्ट्तुओं के जवजनमाधता या ऐसे जवजनमाधता जिसने संबंजधत सामानों और वस्ट्तुओं के प्रमाणन के जलए ब्यरूो को आवेदन दकया है, द्वारा जनयाधत के जलए, रेदििरेट ंग उपकरणों के घ कों के आयात पर लागू नहीं होगा, िो इस ितध के अधीन ह ै दक जवजनमाधता केन्द्र सरकार को इस संबंध म ें अपन े ले र-हडे पर अपन े प्राजधकृत हस्ट्ताक्षरकता ध द्वारा हस्ट्ताक्षररत एक स्ट्व-घोषणा प्रस्ट्तुत करेगा जिसमें आयात खेप की इनवॉइस संख्या और अन्द्य संगत ब्यौरे का उल्लेख होगा और यह वचनबद्धता होगी दक इस प्रकार आयाजतत घ कों को दकसी अन्द्य उपयोग म ें नहीं लाया िाएगा या घरेलू बािार में नहीं बेचा िाएगा और जवजनमाधता संबंजधत सरकारी प्राजधकाररयों द्वारा सत्यापन या लेखा-परीक्षा के जलए ऐसे आयाजतत सामानों और वस्ट्तुओं तथा अपन े उत्पाद का ररकाड ध रखेगा: 515 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] बिते यह भी दक इस आदिे म ें स े कुछ भी ब्यरू ो द्वारा प्रमाजणत रेदििरेट ंग उपकरणों के जवजनमाधता या ऐस े जवजनमाधता जिसने संबंजधत सामानों और वस्ट्तुओं के प्रमाणन के जलए ब्यूरो को आवेदन दकया है, द्वारा अनुसंधान और जवकास के प्रयोिन हते ु प्रजत वषध आयाजतत दो सौ सामानों या वस्ट्तओंु पर लाग ू नहीं होगा िो इस ितध के अध् यधीन ह ैदक ऐस े आयाजतत सामानों और वस्ट्तुओं की वाजणजज्यक जबक्री नहीं की िाएगी और उन्द्हें स्ट् क्रैप के रूप में जनप ाया िा सकता ह ैतथा जवजनमाधता ऐस ेसामानों या वस्ट्तुओं का वषधवार ररकाड धरखगेंे और उसे केन्द्र सरकार को प्रस्ट्ततु करेंग।े" [फा. स.ं पी-29026/3/2019-एलईआई] संिीव, संयुि सजचव नो .- मलू आदेि भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खडं 3, उप-खडं (ii) के अतं गतध ददनांक 10 ददसंबर, 2020 की अजधसूचना संख्या सां.आ. 4489 (अ) के द्वारा प्रकाजित दकया गया और इसे ददनांक 22 ददसंबर, 2021 की अजधसूचना संख्या सां.आ. 5339 (अ), तथा ददनांक 14 ददसंबर, 2022 की अजधसूचना सख्ं या सां.आ. 5850 (अ) के द्वारा संिोजधत दकया गया था। MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade) ORDER New Delhi, the 16th January, 2025 S.O. 358(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Refrigerating Appliances (Quality Control) Order, 2020, namely: - 1. (1) This Order may be called the Refrigerating Appliances (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2025. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Refrigerating Appliances (Quality Control) Order, 2020, in paragraph 2, after the proviso, the following provisos shall be inserted, namely:- “Provided further that nothing in this Order shall apply to imports of components of refrigerating appliances by a manufacturer of goods and article certified by the Bureau or manufacturer who has applied to the Bureau for certification for the relevant goods and articles, for exports subject to the condition that the manufacturer furnishes a self-declaration in this regard in its letter-head signed by its authorised signatory to the Central Government mentioning the invoice number and other relevant details of the import consignment and an undertaking that the components so imported shall not be put to any other use or sold in the domestic market and the manufacturer shall maintain the record of such goods and articles imported and its product for verification or audit by the Government authorities concerned: Provided also that nothing in this Order shall apply for two hundred numbers of goods or articles imported per year for the purpose of research and development by a manufacturer of refrigerating appliances certified by the Bureau or a manufacturer who has applied to the Bureau for certification for the relevant goods and articles, subject to the condition that such imported goods and articles shall not be sold commercially and can be disposed of as a scrap and the manufacturer shall maintain a year-wise record of such goods or articles and furnish to the Central Government”.
